A Recycled Jean Quilt Owned by: Ellen Sanders Made by: Ellen Sanders Finished: 2006 Comments: Ellen made this for her daughter after seeing it in a 4-H exhibit at the Iowa State Fair. She used 216 5-inch denim circles for the throw and squares of scrap plaids for the inserts.  She sewed it into rows first, then into sections. The edges will fray when washed.
